Founded by two Australian Fintech veterans, Nathan Carroll and Nick Glynn, Quicka is an innovative, high growth financial technology company curated by the Antler Venture Capital incubator in Sydney, Australia.
Our mission is simple... We want to solve cash flow stress by helping small businesses pay and get paid, Quicka. Why? Because chasing unpaid invoices is painful, paying invoices is burdensome, and trying to manage cashflow is a nightmare.
Led by a set of core company values “Move fast, think big, Pursue outcomes, not activities, and Do what is right, always,” we are creating the first invoicing and payments platform of its kind designed to end cash flow stress. With a simple UX design and embedded flexible payment options, our customers can raise, send, and pay invoices invoices in full or via instalments with the simple click of a button.
Forget the chase with automated email and sms reminders so you never have to hear another “I’m too busy and will get to it later, I forgot, I don’t have all the money right now but will next week etc.” ever again.
Quicka, the way invoice payments should be.
Send us the invoice, we present payment terms to your customer and they choose how they want to pay - immediately, or with a payment plan - either way you get paid straight away.
We pay direct into your bank account. No need to integrate with payment gateways or mess around with card setups.
Forget endless emails and awkward phone calls. You get paid as soon as your invoice is confirmed so you'll never need to chase payments again - let Quicka do the work for you.

Quicka takes a 2% clip of the total invoice for each transaction for your customers who pay in one payment or 5% if they go on an instalment plan. There are no other hidden or extra fees.
If you're a small business or a sole trader with an ABN we work with you. Whether you're a plumber, builder, mechanic or even a freelance writer. Get in touch if you're unsure and we'll talk you through it.
Not at this stage. Both your business and the client you work with will need to have an Australian ABN. We'll quickly verify this for you when you sign up to Quicka.
If you have an account outstanding, you won't be able to cancel this until it is paid in full. After that, there will be no more direct debit requests to your account.
After you submit your invoice, it is then sent to your customer. Once the customer confirms your invoice amount to Quicka we will process your payment straight away.
When you first create your account, you will be able to process invoices of up to $5000 through Quicka. As you process more, this limit will be increased.
