Quicka's mission is to solve cash flow stress for small business owners by helping businesses pay & get paid - quicka. We do this by providing an easy way for you to be paid straight away for your invoices, while we follow up and chase the payment from your customer.
Why? The average small business owner waits more than 56 days to collect on their invoices, creating unnecessary cash flow stress, and is the leading cause why 40% of business fail.
Plus - we've been there. We've gone the weeks rationing because a customer has been late to pay, the countless follow-up emails to chase that invoice or turning your number to private so the phone will get answered. It sucks.
We are changing this.
Send us the invoice, we present payment terms to your customer and they choose how they want to pay - immediately, or with a payment plan - either way you get paid straight away.
We pay direct into your bank account. No need to integrate with payment gateways or mess around with card setups.
Forget endless emails and awkward phone calls. You get paid as soon as your invoice is confirmed so you'll never need to chase payments again - let Quicka do the work for you.

Quicka takes a 2% clip of the total invoice for each transaction for your customers who pay in one payment or 5% if they go on an instalment plan. There are no other hidden or extra fees.
If you're a small business or a sole trader with an ABN we work with you. Whether you're a plumber, builder, mechanic or even a freelance writer. Get in touch if you're unsure and we'll talk you through it.
Not at this stage. Both your business and the client you work with will need to have an Australian ABN. We'll quickly verify this for you when you sign up to Quicka.
If you have an account outstanding, you won't be able to cancel this until it is paid in full. After that, there will be no more direct debit requests to your account.
After you submit your invoice, it is then sent to your customer. Once the customer confirms your invoice amount to Quicka we will process your payment straight away.
When you first create your account, you will be able to process invoices of up to $5000 through Quicka. As you process more, this limit will be increased.
